My Musical Experiences…A Therapeutic Journey

From my current love of canine therapy, I see the amazing natural healing the canine-humane bond helps disabled and elderly individuals. Now, as a composer, I am learning the joy of sound healing, and how a particular sound frequency will affect ones health and well-being. My commitment is to creativity and knowledge, to learn from mentors, and continue to experience the healing impact of sound frequencies on the human mind, body, and soul.

Natural Melodic Soundscape

Natural Melodic Soundscape” is a series of instrumental songs mixed with recorded nature sounds. Acoustic instruments and midi syntheser resonate calming sounds heard throughout the program.

The program’s therapeutic objective is to provide a group stimulus for relaxation, support the social and emotional behavioral needs of all individuals. Dementia patients vary in their response to music depending on which stage of the disease they’re experiencing. Hence the musical format can vary to include favorite standards like “Over the Rainbow, You are My Sunshine, Amazing Grace”

The program can be tailored to serve and provide music for traditional seasonal holidays or current events. Quality of life – positive and successful experiences are created through fun and motivating musical experiences.
